BC interior.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located over Haida Gwaii.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Sunday dissipating frontal system located near
Prince Rupert.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:12 PM PST 22 January 2022 A frontal system will slowly move through Haida Gwaii. During
This period, southerly gales will persist across the northern waters
just ahead of the front. The front will begin to weaken and push
across the North Coast later tonight and consequently winds will
gradually ease.

Over the South Coast, winds will be light under a quasi-stationary
ridge for several days. Visibility may be limited by persistent
widespread fog.
