Explorer.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Friday weakening low 1011 mb located over Cape
Scott.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today ridge located on a line east-west over
Haida Gwaii.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Friday ridge located on a line north-south over
Haida Gwaii.

At 11:00 p.m. PDT Friday approaching frontal system located west
of Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:45 PM PDT 1 October 2026 A low crossing Explorer tonight will lie over Cape Scott overnight
and weaken.

Southeast gale force winds with storm force gusts over West Vancouver
Island and Queen Charlotte Sound will ease to southerly strong near
midnight.
