Issued 4:00 PM PCT 5 November 2026 Tonight and Friday At 4:00 p.m. PCT today frontal system located from Haida Gwaii
to Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PCT Friday departing frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:54 PM pct 5 November 2026 A frontal system extending from Haida Gwaii to Explorer will track
across the northern waters early this evening before stalling across
the central waters tonight.

As this front tracks across the northern waters this evening we will
see storm to hurricane force winds. In the wake of the front, winds
will gradually shift to gale to storm force southwesterly and then
ease to strong to gale force southwest.
