over Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today weakening ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over Explorer.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT Sunday approaching ridge located west of the
offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:45 PM PDT 19 April 2025 A ridge of high pressure over Explorer will begin to weaken this
evening.

Gale force northwest winds off the west coast of Vancouver Island
will ease overnight as the ridge weakens.

For Juan de Fuca strait, strong to gale force westerly winds are
occurring and will develop again late day Sunday.
