Cape Scott.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today dissipating frontal system located over
Vancouver Island.

By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight building ridge located over the offshore
waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 AM PDT 8 July 2025 A ridge of high pressure offshore is bringing marginal westerly gales
through central and eastern sections of Juan de Fuca Strait early
this morning. Winds will diminish later this morning, and redevelop
as marginal gales through Juan de Fuca Strait again on Wednesday as
another ridge strengthens offshore.
