By 4:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday weakening low located over northern Bowie.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located over the offshore
waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday weakening frontal system located from
the Central Coast to Explorer.
