north-south over Explorer.

At 11:00 p.m. PDT tonight trough located on a line east-west
over Bowie.
By 8:00 p.m. PDT Saturday weakening trough located on a line
east-west over Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:34 AM PDT 18 June 2021 Gale force westerlies will develop across Central and Eastern Juan de
Fuca Strait late this afternoon due to a combination of daytime
heating and a building ridge offshore.

Winds will ease to strong westerlies early Saturday morning then rise
to gale force westerlies late Saturday afternoon.
