At 4:00 p.m. PDT today frontal system located west of Cape Scott.
By 11:00 p.m. PDT tonight weakening frontal system located near
the Central Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 4:01 PM PDT 27 July 2026 A frontal system approaching Cape Scott will bring gales tonight.
Southerly gales will spread from Explorer to West Coast Vancouver
Island North, Queen Charlotte Sound, Central Coast, and Southern
Hecate Strait this afternoon. Winds will ease below gales
By midnight.
