By 5:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday ridge located on a line north-south over
the offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:44 PM PDT 17 June 2024 A ridge of high pressure is slowly approaching the offshore waters.
On this evening, westerlies through Juan de Fuca Strait will likely
strengthen to gales due to sea breeze and the approaching ridge of
high pressure.
