Strait to Explorer.
At 4:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday building ridge located west of the
offshore waters.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 10:11 AM PDT 8 June 2026 A stalled frontal system over Haida Gwaii is generating southeasterlygales off the west coast of Vancouver Island late this morning. These
southeasterly gales will diminish early this afternoon as the frontal
system weakens.
A low pressure system moving across Washington state tonight.
Westerly gales will develop over Juan de Fuca Strait Tuesday morning
in the wake of the low.
