By 4:00 a.m. PDT Monday frontal system located over the Central
Coast to Vancouver Island.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:55 AM PDT 13 October 2024 A frontal system currently will continue to move into the centralwaters today.
Gale to storm force southeasterlies will persist over the central
waters and down into West Coast Vancouver Island North today.
The central waters will likely see the winds weaken by late
afternoon. For West Coast Vancouver Island North, an extended period
of strong winds will continue until later tonight.
