waters.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located over the
offshore waters.
At 10:30 a.m. PDT Sunday ridge located over Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Sunday ridge located over Haida Gwaii to Explorer.
At 4:00 p.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located northwest of Bowie.

Issued 10:16 AM PDT 31 May 2025 A ridge of high pressure is builiding over offshore waters today.Strong northwesterlies will prevail for most southern waters, except
gale force northwesterlies will develop along the west side of
Vancouver Island by this afternoon. Gale force northwesterlies
Over West Vancouver Island will slightly weaken on Sunday morning,
then redevelop on Sunday afternoon.
