Wind southeast 30 to 40 knots except southeast 40 to 50 near the headlands late this afternoon and early this evening and southeast 40 to 50 near the headlands overnight. Wind increasing to southeast 45 to 55 early Friday morning then diminishing to southeast 30 to 40 near noon Friday except south 20 to 30 offshore. Wind diminishing to southwest 10 to 20 Friday evening.
