Wind southeast 20 to 30 knots increasing to southeast 30 to 40 early this morning and to southeast 45 to 55 late this morning. Wind diminishing to south 30 to 40 Sunday morning except northwest 20 over northern sections Sunday morning. Wind becoming northwest 20 to 30 Sunday afternoon then diminishing to northwest 10 to 20 Sunday evening.

Rain beginning early this morning changing to showers Sunday evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in rain.

By 4:00 a.m. PST Sunday ridge located over southern BC interior.

At 4:00 a.m. PST today intensifying frontal system located over
the offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PST today frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:56 AM PST 8 November 2025 A frontal system will intensify over northern and central waters, and
waters surrounding Northern Vancouver Island this morning. Gale to
storm force southeasterly winds are forecast today through late
Sunday.
