Issued 4:00 PM PDT 16 September 2024 Tonight and Tuesday At 4:00 p.m. PDT today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Explorer.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight departing ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over southern Explorer.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today trough located over northern Bowie.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday departing trough located over the North
Coast.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday approaching ridge located west of the
offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:30 PM PDT 16 September 2024 A trough will move from Bowie into the BC North Coast tonight. The
trough will bring strong to gale force northwest winds to Bowie this
evening then to the northern and central waters by Tuesday morning.
These winds will gradually ease below gales through Tuesday as the
trough departs into the BC Interior.
