Issued 9:30 PM PDT 11 March 2025 Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight deepening low 990 mb located over southern
Explorer.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT Wednesday departing low located over Port Hardy.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT Wednesday ridge located west of the offshore
waters.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Wednesday weakening ridge located west of the
offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:09 PM PDT 11 March 2025 A low pressure centre over Southern Explorer will track northwards
across Northern Vancouver Island Wednesday morning and onto the
Central Coast by midday.

Ahead of the low, gale force southeasterlies over west coast
Vancouver Island will ease overnight. Strong to gale force
southeasterlies will spread to the Northern Strait of Georgia
overnight and ease Wednesday morning.
