Issued 9:06 PM PDT 29 May 2023 A stationary ridge from Explorer to Hecate Strait will producenorthwesterly gale force winds through Juan de Fuca Strait this
evening. These winds will diminish by morning, then redevelop Tuesday
afternoon.
Gale force northwesterly winds along West Vancouver Island this
evening will diminish overnight.
