By 4:00 a.m. PDT Thursday weakening ridge located from Explorer
to the Central Coast.
At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located west of the
offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Wednesday weakening frontal system located on a
line northeast-southwest over Bowie.

Issued 10:28 PM PDT 19 May 2026 Ahead of a ridge of high pressure, northwesterly gales over JohnstoneStrait and West Vancouver Island will ease near midnight and then
redevelop late Wednesday afternoon.
A frontal system tracking across Bowie on Wednesday will give
southerly gales to Northern Bowie Wednesday morning and then ease in
the afternoon.
