interior.

Issued 4:00 PM PST 5 February 2025 A weakening low south of Explorer combined with a ridge over theinterior will continue to generate outflow winds and patchy freezing
spray to the mainland inlets tonight. Gale force outflow winds will
redevelop Thursday afternoon over Portland Inlet as another low moves
into the offshore waters.
