Issued 4:00 AM PDT 26 May 2022 Today Tonight and Friday At 11:00 a.m. PDT today low located west of Explorer.
By 11:00 a.m. PDT Friday weakening low located over western Queen
Charlotte Sound.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:55 AM PDT 26 May 2022 A low pressure centre will approach Explorer this afternoon then
cross the region tonight. The low will anchor over Western Queen
Charlotte Sound on Friday and gradually weaken through the day.

Southeast gales near the headlands of Vancouver Island and southwest
marginal gales over Southern Explorer are expected to develop late
this afternoon. Southeast gales will spread over eastern sections of
Queen Charlotte Sound early Friday morning.
