Issued 10:30 AM PDT 17 October 2018 Today Tonight and Thursday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today quasi-stationary ridge located over BC
interior.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today weakening cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Haida Gwaii.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today dissipating cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over Queen Charlotte Sound.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT Thursday approaching frontal system located west
of Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:26 AM PDT 17 October 2018 A frontal system will approach the northern offshore waters on
Thursday. Southeast gales will develop in Bowie Thursday afternoon
and to the west of Haida Gwaii Thursday evening.
