By 10:30 a.m. PDT today weakening low 1004 mb located over
northwestern Haida Gwaii.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today frontal system located over Vancouver Island.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT today weakening frontal system located over
southern Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today approaching low located over the offshore
waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 PM PDT 27 July 2026 A frontal system near Cape Scott is bringing gales tonight to West
Coast Vancouver Island North, Queen Charlotte Sound, Central Coast,
and Southern Hecate Strait. Winds will ease below gales by midnight.
