southern Explorer.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today approaching trough located over Bowie.

Issued 10:29 AM PDT 9 August 2026 A ridge of high pressure offshore will produce strong to gale force
westerlies along the central and eastern sections of Juan de Fuca
strait this evening.
