Issued 9:30 PM PST 27 February 2020 Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. PST Friday low located over northern Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Friday low located over the Central Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:22 PM PST 27 February 2020 A low pressure system will approach Explorer Friday morning. The low
will track northeastward to the Central Coast inland by Friday
afternoon then gradually weaken Friday night. Gale force southerly
winds will develop over southern and central waters ahead of the low.
Winds will become gale force northwesterlies in the wake of the low.
