By 4:00 p.m. PST today weakening low 992 mb located 50 miles
northwest of Cape Scott.
At 4:00 a.m. PST Sunday departing low 1002 mb located 90 miles
northwest of Cape St. James.

Issued 3:45 AM PST 23 November 2024 A 987 MB low currently southwest of Cape Scott will slowly tracknorthwards over Eastern Queen Charlotte Sound today while
Weakening.
Strong to gale force southerly to southeasterly winds over southern
and central waters ahead of the low will prevail today and weaken
On Sunday.
A strong ridge of high pressure over BC Interior combined with the
low offshore will continue to produce gale to storm force outflow
winds through the mainland inlets of the North and Central Coasts
this weekend.
