Issued 4:00 AM PDT 28 March 2023 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today departing frontal system located south
of Explorer.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today building ridge located west of the offshore
waters.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Wednesday ridge located off Bowie.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today ridge located over BC interior.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:37 AM PDT 28 March 2023 Northeast gales over Explorer will ease this morning as a frontal
system to the south departs the region.

A building ridge of high pressure over the BC Interior will give
strong to gale force northerly outflow winds through the mainland
inlets from the Central Coast to Howe Sound today and tonight.

Northerly gales will develop over west coast Haida Gwaii early this
evening ahead of an offshore ridge of high pressure.
