over Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Sunday weakening ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Explorer.

Issued 3:37 PM PDT 8 August 2026 A ridge of high pressure offshore will produce strong to gale force
westerlies along the central and eastern sections of Juan de Fuca
strait through tonight.
