Issued 4:01 PM PST 16 February 2019 A trough of low pressure over the Central Coast will remain nearly
stationary tonight. West of the trough, strong to gale force
northerly winds prevail over northern and central waters and off the
the west coast of Vancouver Island.

Outflow through the mainland inlets will increase to marginal
Gale force winds tonight.
