Wind southerly inflow 10 to 15 knots except southwesterly inflow 20 over northern sections. Wind diminishing to light early this evening then increasing to northerly outflow 15 to 25 late this evening. Wind increasing to northerly outflow 25 to 35 near midnight then diminishing to northerly outflow 10 to 20 Thursday morning. Wind diminishing to light near noon Thursday then becoming southerly inflow 10 to 15 Thursday afternoon except southwesterly inflow 20 over northern sections. Wind diminishing to light Thursday evening.

northeast-southwest over Bowie.

By 7:00 p.m. PDT tonight deepening trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over northern Vancouver Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:20 PM PDT 25 April 2018 A trough stretching from the North Coast to Vancouver Island has
weakened today but will reform tonight. A ridge of high pressure
Over the BC Interior in combination with the trough over Vancouver
Island will produce marginal gale force outflow winds through Howe
Sound tonight.
