the offshore waters.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight low located over southern Explorer.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Saturday departing low located south of Explorer.

Issued 3:35 PM PDT 11 September 2026 There is a risk of waterspouts over Explorer this evening as a low
crosses the southern offshore waters.
