Issued 4:00 AM PDT 21 April 2018 Today Tonight and Sunday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today building ridge located on a line north-south
over Cape Scott.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located off Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:39 AM PDT 21 April 2018 In the wake of a front, gale force westerlies over central and
northern waters will diminish this morning as a ridge of high
pressure builds over Northern Vancouver Island. Additionally, gale
force southerlies through Douglas Channel will develop early this
morning and ease near noon.

Another approaching frontal system will track across Bowie on Sunday.
Ahead of the front, southerly gales will develop over Bowie overnight
and spread to the west coast of Haida Gwaii Sunday morning.
