Explorer tonight and Friday while drifting slowly eastward towards
Vancouver Island. The upper low is bringing very unstable air over
the south and will produce isolated thunderstorms over a good part
Of the southern waters. A waterspout watch is also in effect for
The inner South Coast, valid from Friday morning through Friday
evening. Winds will remain mostly light to moderate, with local
strong winds mainly over the south.
