By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight ridge located over Haida Gwaii to Explorer.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight weakening frontal system located northwest
of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Monday weakening frontal system located west
of Langara.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:19 PM PDT 1 June 2025 A ridge of high pressure will remain nearly stationary over the
offshore waters tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterly winds
over west coast Vancouver Island and Johnstone Strait are expected to
persist through Monday.
