By 4:00 p.m. PDT today departing trough located over the Washington
Coast.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today ridge located west of the offshore waters.
By 10:00 a.m. PDT Saturday weakening ridge located from Hecate
Strait to Explorer.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT Saturday approaching trough located on a line
north-south over western Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:14 AM PDT 24 May 2024 A building ridge of high pressure west of the offshore waters will
move to lie over Bowie this evening. Ahead of the ridge, northwest
gales will develop west of Vancouver Island today and then ease
tonight or Saturday morning.
