Issued 3:53 PM PST 11 November 2019 A frontal system over Hecate Strait will move southward to lie
Over the Central Coast by Tuesday morning then reach the Lower
Mainland near noon on Tuesday.

Ahead of the front, gale force southeasterly winds will
Continue over the northern and central coastal waters tonight.
Strong to gale force southwesterly winds will prevail over outer
waters tonight and Tuesday in wake of the front.
