Wind increasing to southwest 15 to 25 late this evening and to southwest 25 to 35 Friday morning except northwest 25 to 35 over western sections Friday morning. Wind becoming northwest 25 to 30 near noon Friday then backing to westerly 25 Friday evening.

Scattered showers changing to rain overnight then to showers near noon Friday.

to Explorer.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday departing frontal system located over
Vancouver Island.
