Issued 4:00 AM PDT 24 May 2024 Today Tonight and Saturday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today trough located off Tofino.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT today departing trough located off Tofino.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today ridge located west of the offshore waters.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Saturday weakening ridge located from Bowie to
the North Coast.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT Saturday approaching trough located on a line
north-south over western Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:39 AM PDT 24 May 2024 A building ridge of high pressure west of the offshore waters will
move to lie over Bowie this evening. Ahead of the ridge, northwest
gales will develop over West Coast Vancouver Island South this
afternoon and then ease Saturday morning.
