At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight low 984 mb located 80 miles southwest of
Cape Scott.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Saturday low 987 mb located 40 miles southwest
of Cape Scott.
At 4:00 p.m. PST Saturday weakening low 992 mb located 40 miles
northwest of Cape Scott.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Saturday dissipating low 1002 mb located 60 miles
southwest of Cape St. James.

Issued 9:20 PM PST 22 November 2024 A 984 MB low currently southwest of the Brooks penninsula willSlowly track northwards off Vancouver Island tonight and Saturday
while weakening.
Gale to storm force southerly to southeasterly winds over southern
waters ahead of the low will weaken to strong to gale force
Overnight as the low weakens.
A strong ridge of high pressure over BC Interior combined with the
low offshore will continue to produce gale to storm force outflow
winds through the mainland inlets of the North and Central Coasts
this weekend.
