Wind diminishing to southwest 15 to 25 this evening then increasing to southwest 25 to 35 Monday morning. Wind increasing to southwest 35 to 45 Monday afternoon then becoming southwest 40 to 50 Monday evening.

Showers changing to rain this afternoon then to scattered showers this evening.

Issued 4:00 AM PST 14 December 2025 Today Tonight and Monday At 4:00 a.m. PST today trough located from Bowie to Haida Gwaii.
By 9:00 a.m. PST today departing trough located north of Bowie.

At 9:00 a.m. PST today intensifying frontal system located west
of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST today frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Haida Gwaii.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Monday frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over the Central Coast.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Monday departing frontal system located southeast
of Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 p.m. PST Monday approaching low located west of Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:36 AM PST 14 December 2025 A trough brings gale to storm force southwesterly winds to northern
and central waters this morning.

An intensifying frontal system offshore moves eastward over the
marine regions today. Ahead of the system, gale to storm force
southeasterly winds are expected, while gale to storm force
southwesterly winds will develop in its wake.

On Monday, this system will move southeastward across the southern
waters with southerly gales ahead of the front and strong to gale
force westerly winds in behind.

The active weather pattern continues as another low approaches Bowie
Monday afternoon spreading gale to storm force southwesterly over the
northern waters.
