At 10:30 a.m. PDT today low 1000 mb located west of Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Thursday low 993 mb located over northern Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:26 AM PDT 5 May 2021 A low will approach the offshore waters today and stall over
Bowie tonight. Ahead of the low, southeasterly gale force
Winds will develop over northern, central and offshore waters.

Winds will veer to westerly gale force over Southern Bowie, southern
west coast Haida Gwaii and Queen Charlotte Sound late this evening.
Winds remain southeasterly or easterly gale force across the
remaining northern waters tonight.
