By 7:00 p.m. PDT tonight weakening ridge located over southern
Vancouver Island.
At 11:00 p.m. PDT tonight approaching ridge located west of the
offshore waters.

Issued 10:26 AM PDT 28 April 2025 A ridge of high pressure over Central Vancouver Island will moveeastward and weaken over Southern Vancouver Island early this
afternoon.
The remanant of a frontal system is moving inland. In its wake,
strong to gale force westerlies can be expected over Northern Bowie.
The westerly winds will east to strong later this evening.
