over Bowie.

Issued 3:58 PM PDT 16 May 2026 A ridge of high pressure is building over the offshore waters today.
As the ridge approaches the coast, gale force westerlies through Juan
de Fuca Strait will continue before easing to strong westerlies
overnight.
