Wind light increasing to southeast 5 to 15 knots early this evening and to southeast 15 to 25 after midnight. Wind increasing to southeast 25 to 35 early Thursday morning and to southeast 35 to 45 late Thursday morning. Wind becoming southeast 40 to 50 Thursday evening.
Rain Thursday. Visibility 1 mile or less in rain.

By 5:00 p.m. PDT Thursday quasi-stationary frontal system located
over Hecate Strait.
