Explorer.
By 1:00 a.m. PST Tuesday frontal system located on a line
northwest-southeast over Cape Scott.

At 4:00 p.m. PST Tuesday frontal system located west of the
offshore waters.
By 10:00 p.m. PST Tuesday frontal system located on a line
north-south over Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 AM PST 27 January 2020 A frontal system will approach Explorer from the southeast
Today. Widespread gale force southeasterlies are expected ahead
Of the front this afternoon and evening. Gale to storm force
southeasterlies will occur near the West Vancouver Island headlands
late afternoon and evening. The associated low will give westerly
gales to Southern Explorer overnight.

An intense frontal system will approach the offshore waters Tuesday
afternoon and the North Coast Tuesday night. Winds will rise to
Gale to storm force southeasterlies over the northern and central
waters late Tuesday ahead of the system. Winds will veer to gale to
storm force southwesterlies in the wake of the frontal system Tuesday
night.
