Issued 4:00 PM PDT 9 May 2026 Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 p.m. PDT today quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today weakening low 986 mb located over the Gulf
of Alaska.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT Sunday dissipating low 996 mb located near the
Aleutian Islands.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:59 PM PDT 9 May 2026 A low is slowly weakening in the Gulf of Alaska. Southerly gales over
Bowie and Dixon east will continue today until the low drifts
northwards this evening.
