move northward to lie across the northern tip of Vancouver Island
tonight and Friday morning. An intense 980 MB low over the Alaskan
Panhandle will dissipate today. Meanwhile, another intense Pacific
low will move into Southern Explorer late tonight then cross
Vancouver Island late Friday.
Over northern waters, gale to storm force westerly winds will ease
