Coast to Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday trough located on a line east-west over
northern Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday trough located on a line east-west over
southern Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 4:00 PM PST 9 December 2025 A frontal system will push onto the North Coast. Southeast gales to
storm force winds over the central and northern waters will rise to
storm force will shift to strong to gale force westerly behind
The system this evening.

A trough will move southward from Bowie to lie over Queen Charlotte
Sound Wednesday evening. Ahead of the trough, winds will rise to
southwesterly gales over the central waters then shift to strong to
gale force northwesterly in its wake. Winds will subside Wednesday
evening.
