northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

At 10:30 a.m. PST today weakening cold front located on a line
north-south over the Central Coast.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Saturday departing cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Saturday ridge located over the offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:30 AM PST 21 February 2020 A Pacific front across the central waters will weaken as it moves
southward today. Southerly gales along the Central Coast will ease to
moderate to strong westerlies near noon. Strong southwesterlies will
prevail over northern waters with occasional gales west of Haida
Gwaii today.
