waters.
At 4:00 p.m. PST Saturday approaching frontal system located west
of Haida Gwaii.

Issued 10:30 AM PST 26 February 2021 A ridge of high pressure parked in the Eastern Pacific ocean willmaintain widespread gale force northwest winds across most
BC marine waters today.
The northwest winds will ease from gale force to strong later this
afternoon across the northern and central waters. However, gale force
northwest winds will continue across southern waters
And into this evening.
Late in the day on Saturday, a frontal system will approach Haida
Gwaii. Strong to gale force southwesterly winds expected over
northern offshore waters on Saturday evening and will spread to the
North Coast Saturday night.
