Issued 4:00 PM PST 14 January 2025 Tonight and Wednesday At 4:00 p.m. PST today departing frontal system located over the
Central Coast.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday frontal system located west of the
offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday frontal system located over Hecate
Strait.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:39 PM PST 14 January 2025 A front has stalled over the Central Coast this afternoon maintaining
strong to gale force southerly winds over the central waters.

Overnight tonight and into Wednesday morning, another frontal system
will approach the offshore waters. Gale force southerlies will form
ahead of this system Wednesday morning. As the system moves towards
the mainland, southerly winds will increase to gale to storm force
over the northern waters in the afternoon.

Winds will become strong to gale force westerly in the wake of the
system Wednesday evening.
