Elevated ocean water levels accompanied by strong wind are expected, possibly exceeding highest astronomical tide. What: Possible coastal flooding due to high winds and waves coinciding with high astronomical tide When: Midnight to early Tuesday morning (12am to 4am) Where: Clo-oose to Oak Bay Additional Information: Seasonably high tides and strong westerly winds have the potential to produce high water levels near high tide early Tuesday morning. Coastal flooding is possible along exposed coastal shorelines facing west and south, especially in low-lying areas. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
